VACANCY FOR ADMINISTRATOR
The 3 Hayling Anglican Parishes seek an Administrator.
This is a new role, created because the three parishes recently came together under one Vicar and Associate Priest. Working from the Vicarage, the Administrator will play a proactive role in setting up and implementing electronic (Office 365) and paper administrative systems.
The post will be for 15 hours per week permanently, with an additional 7 hours per week for the first six months of the role (subject to possible renewal according to need), which will involve administration for the fundraising for the St Mary's Community Spirit Appeal.
Key tasks will involve: electronic diary management, weekly service sheets, administration for weddings, funerals and baptisms, administration associated with both graveyards, and being a first port of call for inquiries to the parishes.
Ideally we are seeking someone used to working with Microsoft Office and online to a high level, able to work proactively alone and as part of a team, personable, adaptable, a good communicator, and able to maintain confidentiality.
Mutually convenient flexible working hours can be discussed; up to £10.50 per hour depending on experience.
If you are interested please call Revd Jenny for an informal conversation on 02393 070178, or to request an application pack please email email@example.com.
